My Gram is coming to look at the new, improved sun/toy room this weekend. She thinks it's going to be pretty. She doesn't realize a five-year-old boy has already moved 85% of his stuff into it, or that Gater has already permanently wounded that cute little chair by eating part of the dust ruffle off of it.
But it's done enough. And that's good enough for me.

You are right when tell that "No home improvement project is ever really, truly done..." but if is good enough for us that's all matters!
Is not ANONYMOUS, it's ME!
I feel your pain. We're in the middle of a kitchen remodel that looked sooo simple on paper. Hopefully it'll be done by the end of the week, then I get to put it all back together. The hard part will be remembering where everything is. OK. The hard part was doing the actual remodel, but you know what I mean.
Sadly, Kaki, I do know what you mean. I have no more energy left to do those touch-ups or put the newly-moved toys away in proper order. None.
